Size Issues

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Each product is crafted to fit the specifications provided by the customer at the time of order. Please double-check your sizing information before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Immediate Production

Orders are immediately sent to production to ensure timely delivery. Due to this, we are unable to accommodate refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

Lost in Transit

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.
